About us

We are the members of the “HARMÒNICA LLAVOR” association. Our organization is composed of a group of Italian-Catalan founding members, united by years of fruitful collaboration between Catalonia and Northern Italy, and includes both young people and members with extensive experience.

The association, which is non-denominational and non-profit, is designed as a community laboratory centered on volunteering and participatory democracy, with a priority mission: the recovery, regeneration, and enhancement of abandoned land.

Through a holistic and practical approach, we develop initiatives aimed at creating short supply chains and resilient agricultural practices, as well as implementing models for landscape and biodiversity restoration. Our intent is to build a replicable community model that rediscovers its balance through its relationship with the land.

Related projects are also launched—including commercial support initiatives—to ensure the sustainability of the recovery efforts and the availability of diverse services within the local area.

Our journey began in Liguria (Italy), where we had already had the opportunity to collaborate with Catalan friends on an initiative similar to the one we are pursuing today.

Subsequently, to make this collaboration even more effective, we decided to move to the province of Tarragona, founding the Harmònica Llavors association.

We pursue our objectives by establishing agreements with local authorities and creating relationships with other similar organizations.

To achieve our goals, we primarily rely on the spontaneous dedication and self-financing of our members and volunteer collaborators.

Driven by the desire to build a collaborative community and to turn our objectives into reality, we invite you to participate through memberships, subscriptions, and financial resources. Our intent is to build a shared platform that allows us to realize our aspirations together.

Natural and legal persons who have an interest in the objectives defined in the statute are eligible for membership in the association; they are invited to send a formal request which must be accepted by the Board of Directors.
